The Client provides services in three main areas that are environmental, construction & abatement. Environmental services include remediation services, waste, industrial cleaning, emergency response; construction services include pump and tank, sewer systems, drainage improvements, septic & water systems; abatement services include asbestos, lead, microbial, demolition, emergency responses.
Client has number of customers procuring these services. As per US laws & regulations, various types of wastes generated in the industrial operations are to be wiped within specified time frame. Environmental services like waste management, industrial cleaning requires initiating request for a new waste container. Waste generated is of various types like hazardous, non-hazardous, bio-degradable, universal etc. Services required by customers are to be executed at different physical locations for a specific customer. Services requested by customer have customer specific data.
Purpose
To develop an enterprise workflow management application which ensures per customer customizations integrated into core system with user level access and permissions that can be scaled to serve multiple customers of client.
