The company has more than 5000 people working for its different divisions and units. As a part of its employee skills upbringing program, the company focuses on continuous development of ICT skills through the use of structured training and certification programs. Since the volume of candidates appearing for training and examination programs is high, the company felt a need to develop an intranet application to maintain and manage the record of candidates appearing for the trainings and examinations and their examination results.
