The client is North America's premier provider for Home owner and Community Association websites.

Purpose

To develop a Home Owners Association (HOA) Community Site that offers all new platform for a flexible community website for Home Owners Association.
The website should provide number of community platform features like forums, polls, home for rent listing, statistics etc and enhanced user experience.

Business situation

The older version of the website (V 1.0) was lacking to control the look n feel and the functionality of site. Some of the modules like Board Members, Committees, Homes for Rent / Sale listing, Sponsors which need to be included to make the site feature rich.

Solution

The version 2.0 and further 3.0 is developed to provide total control over customization of the website. The new version(s) come with some of the standard modules with every package that offer the basic functionality. The community manager can opt for ad-on features which come at extra cost.
