Pizza, Fastfood Ordering System | Online Food Ordering Application - Case Study

Client

The client is an American fast-food restaurant with locations in over 30 states, mainly in shopping center food courts. Its menu consists mostly of wrapped sandwiches, grilled flatbread sandwiches, grilled subs and frozen smoothies.

Purpose

  • To develop an attractive website to showcase menu.
  • To provide online pizza and burger ordering system for the restaurant.

Business situation

Earlier, the client had only physical point of sale (POS) for delivery of Pizza, Burgers, Wraps, Sandwiches and Subs. The client wanted to develop a portal for showcasing the menu and facilitate the online ordering, thus creating a virtual point of sale.

Solution

We developed an ecommerce website which allows the users to browse the menu items and place orders online. These orders can be a combination of food items and administrators of the system had the access to manage menu offerings and create combo offers.
