Business NeedThis application is to be implemented to help administrators monitor the managers and agents. Each of the agents will have their own customer accounts which are accessible by mangers to whom they report to. Similarly, managers can also have their customer accounts which are accessed by admin. The need was to integrate existing Joomla website with CRM. The actual sales occur through a website developed in Joomla, and for each sale made from the Joomla website, the seller will get some commission. The need was to track these sales and calculate the commission of individual and generate reports. SolutionTo meet the purpose briefed above, an application is developed with SugarCRM that effectively provides user friendly interface to create and monitor customer accounts, view the commission of individuals, set the commission levels, calculate commissions and generate reports.
