The client is an IT Service Provider in Germany.
Business situation
The client wanted to create a project management tool to track and manage different ongoing projects.
Solution
A data driven website, developed with open source web technologies of PHP-MySQL was provided which had following features:
- Provision to send application for projects via email
- Provision to send a maximum of 5 attachments with the email
- Display projects with their specifications
- Display content of info pages using a simple CMS in the admin end
- Display news items
- An admin panel to manage projects, news items and a simple CMS to manage contents of the info pages
